Sally, our nurse is very professional and truly caring for her patients. She continually goes the extra mile to offer the loving care that we all desire. My wife and I both suffer from some health issues and we both depend on a walker. Our lack of income has caused us to reach out to big drug suppliers to attempt to get patient assistance. Sally has worked hard to help supply proper information the drug companies require. With her help, I have received the help I need in 3 out of 4 cases for drugs I could not afford otherwise, even after insurance was applied. In the 4th case, she helped me get the information needed but they still did not approve me the patient assistance. She has still gone out of her way to continue to help us with this medication. Also, Sally is extremely prompt reaching out or responding to communications on the Mercy System. She continues to be the best example of great customer service in the Mercy system.
