I feel Sally goes above and beyond to deliver the best possible care to us as a family. The bond that my son and she have formed over the last few years is very special to him and he has nothing but trust for Sally, which isn't a skill that can be taught.
Just recently, my son got worried about his catheter as he thought it had come out, and unfortunately neither myself nor his dad was in the hospital. But Sally kept calm and dealt with the situation amazingly. My son was listened to and his views were taken into consideration, which I feel is very important in delivering care to anyone, especially a child.
We couldn't wish for a better nurse to look after our child and I fully trust that she will always have my son's best interests at heart and I am very thankful to have Sally in our life to continue to help along on his journey.
