Sally Templeton, RN

Sally accompanied me on a home visit to see my client for a nursing consult who was bed-bound and had multiple medical issues. She did a comprehensive nursing assessment, made recommendations, and provided referrals and resources. I couldn’t help but notice that Sally is very professional, thorough, and engaging with my client. The client had dementia and was in the hospital on a hold, Sally jumped in right away by calling the hospital social worker and advocating for placement for my client who had severe behavioral issues. Sally left no stone unturned, she completed a very detailed assessment and gave her recommendations. In summary, I really appreciate Sally and the assistance she has provided on my cases. She is thoughtful, helpful, professional, kind, and caring. She is deserving of special recognition and honor.
