I had some bowel leakage following surgery and it made a tremendous mess. I was very upset and humiliated and began to cry. Sally was very kind and compassionate, she reassured me it was all going to be okay and not to worry. She was very respectful of my feelings while she carefully cleaned me up. When I began to have nausea and vomiting she checked my chart or with my doctor (not sure which) and brought medicine to help. She checked on me within 30 minutes to be sure I was feeling better. Then the pain medicine began to make me really itchy; again, she brought me relief. She is both positive and supportive in her care of me. Each time I called for something she made herself available to me and made sure her aide was doing the same thing. She was in contact with my doctor and made certain I had a chance to speak with him also. She helped me plan how and when I would be released and took care of all the little details. Thank you to her and for her. I received very quality and kind care.
