Today, I want to recognize someone truly special—a nurse whose care left a deep impression on me and my family. From the very beginning, her care was not just clinical—it was deeply human. She showed genuine kindness not only to me, but also to my relatives. She helped coordinate my admission and surgery schedule with such competence and calm, which brought us great comfort during what could have been a very stressful time. Her professionalism is matched by her warm smile, her patience in answering every question, and her respectful, polite manner. She provided not only excellent service, but reassurance—making me feel seen, heard, and cared for.

To me, she is the true example of what nursing should be. Please, keep her in the organization—she is truly a treasure.
