I want to thank all nurses and staff in the Emergency Room at King Hussein Cancer Center for their humanity, respect, and courtesy toward their patients and families. I would like to talk about Nurse Salman who dealt with my father during his visit to the Emergency Room; he is a dedicated and exemplary nurse. My father was very scared due to the leak in the nephrostomy bag. Salman made my father and me feel at ease with his kind voice and pretty smile. He followed everything about my father's medical condition wonderfully and provided him with outstanding care that reflected professionalism and excellence. He offered my father the much-needed support and appropriate help to calm himself.

My father would not have the strength to empty the nephrostomy bags at home without Salman's education. He is a great nurse and has a gentle touch regarding patients' care and their family members. I noticed that Salman has been kind to anyone who crosses him and never hesitates to provide his support to anyone he works with. This story may appear simple but mirrors the extent of the extraordinary care that Salman is keen to provide to his patients. Salman is an excellent example of a DAISY Nurse; I firmly believe he deserves great thanks for his exemplary care to all patients. We would like to say "Thank you" Salman. We went home safe and satisfied.
