Sally is an amazing, caring, and thorough nurse. She is never too busy to assist when needed in the clinic and she does it with a smile. I have a thousand stories to tell but will pick one. Recently, I had a patient who completed a procedure and was very nervous. After we were done, the patient had a panic attack with a vasovagal response. Sally was at my side in an instant once I notified her I needed help - my MAs needed to go to lunch since we ran over that morning. Once the patient was stabilized, Sally stayed with her, providing education, encouragement, assessment as well as concern. She was calm and collected and had such a manner that helped the patient compose herself. Sally never once hesitated to step up to what was needed and she did that with an open and willing heart.
Many times, Sally has provided detailed assessments and insights into patient care as well as diligently working to make the clinic run smoothly. She is one of the best nurses I have the pleasure to work with and I would like to order a dozen more just like her!
