Tonight he spent a significant amount of time with a distressed and upset mother regarding her patient's plan of care. Despite her emotional reactions, he kept his cool and continued to advocate for the patient in the plan discussed. He provided information and support, coordinated care between our team within the hospital and outside it and truly gave 100% to ensure the best outcome possible for all parties involved.
