Sam Huck, RN

Sam was recognized by a patient and his family for her compassionate care, patience, and attentiveness. “Sam was the best. I arrived one day around 9 am and she had already been in for a visit, given (my uncle) his meds, and was back to take him for a walk,” shared the patient’s niece who nominated Sam for the honor. “In his words, ‘she’s a hustler and knows her stuff! I know if I needed anything she was on the ball and even though I'm ‘easy’ she checked on me a lot.’ I am forever grateful for all the great care my uncle received while being at St. Vincent for a week.”
