In early May of last year, a patient was admitted through the ER. They said they were fortunate enough to experience a wonderful nurse named Sam, who cared for them for two days when they felt their worst. During this time, Sam’s compassion and care for them was superb. His big heart and amazing personality made them feel he truly cared for them, which meant so much. Their entire experience at the hospital was great, but Sam’s nursing skills and bedside manner were outstanding, and they wanted to give him a big shout-out for this.

The patient went on to say, "Terrebonne General is very lucky to have Sam on staff, and they hope there are many more 'Sam’s' out there who also make their patients feel the way they did! Thank you, Sam, and God bless you!"
