My mom is 86 years old; she came in this morning to the emergency department for her sugar and her high blood pressure. Samantha came into the room and was so very nice to my Mom; she kept her talking and took time to explain everything to her. She was so very patient! I am a CNA II and the primary caregiver for my Mom. I truly thank God for her being there that day to keep Mom comfortable and relaxed. I could really tell she truly cares about people; you can see it on her face. I am so grateful to her!
