When I came to the hospital, I was very reluctant and frightened. Then I met this compassionate and awesome RN named Sam and my fears were solved. She was kind, she showed empathy and total professionalism, and kindness. She was more than just an RN, she had patience and understanding dealing with me, the reason being that I'm deaf. When I called for a nurse she was there within minutes with a smile on her face that I could not see on her mouth, but it was apparent in her eyes.
