Sam is cool and funny. She is very helpful and understanding. She encourages me and we have things in common. In the morning she helps me get my clothes out and she cares about my safety. Sam has tons of compliments for me, and I never feel like I am disturbing her because she is always so pleasant. Sam from 3 Wests Rocks!
