First of all, I truly appreciate great customer service/patient service. My granddaughter was admitted to the hospital in severe pain. Samantha could have done the minimum to take care of her but when she walked into the room, my granddaughter's eyes lit up. Not only was she attentive, but she was also so caring. I almost wanted to be a patient. Her knowledge and caring to answer all questions, continuing to check on her, and making sure we were comfortable. Samantha's personality is amazing. If only more nurses showed this type of love. My granddaughter didn't even realize how much pain she was in. I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile. Your sincerity and professionalism are outstanding. You are a nurse from heaven.
