My 67-year-old grandmother, who is deaf, was hospitalized here with recently diagnosed terminal cancer. I had to stay with my grandmother as she is deaf and does not read very well, and the Nurse manager, Sam, was great in accommodating me to stay with my grandmother, which made a world of difference for her, and I am very grateful for that.
