The emergency departments can be quite a busy place to work and at times overwhelmed with patients, but Sam, without fail, always keeps a positive attitude. She is consistently a hard worker, always willing to help wherever there is a need. She always has a smile on her face and a can-do attitude which seems to rub off on others as well. She always treats patients with respect and goes out of her way to make them feel more comfortable. She advocates for her patients wellbeing and keeps the providers closely up to date with their condition. She is an excellent friend and co-worker.
