There are no words that I have to express my gratitude for her.
My significant other has been in the hospital for 20 days as of today. We have gone through many nice nurses but Sam sticks out and I will tell you why.

On Friday, Sam became our night nurse. She was so sweet and organized. As the night went to early morning, he was not feeling well and was having serious symptoms, I knew something was not right. Sam was very attentive and listened to me when I was telling her that when he felt this way once before and he was bleeding internally. At some point, she pulled the emergency alarm and everyone came to his aid. This was a terrifying moment for us. He was rushed to the operating room where he underwent his 5th surgery.

Not a moment has gone by where I don't think of her and how she had such an important role in saving his life. There are no words that I have to express my gratitude for her. I requested for her to come to our room when we got out of ICU and back on the 4th Floor. As she visited us, we thanked her and verbally expressed to her how much she means to us. We all cried together and she not only saved his life but also mine. My son and I need him. We love you, Sam! Thank you for being here.
