Samantha Galbraith, RN

Upon entry, there were computer issues to connect/log me into the monitors. Samantha did her best to try to have IT fix the issue, but it was going to take more time. We moved rooms in hopes it would come on, but unfortunately, we had the same problem. I was already having contractions, so we got baby hooked up and had to monitor more old-school, but Samantha wasn’t going to deter from going above and beyond! She did a great job checking for dilation and vitals. The problem was fixed, and she could monitor me from the nurse’s station. She was with me from entry until I was almost ready to push. My epidural had an issue where a spot was still felt, and I could see her concern. She had such empathy and caring and made me feel like I was in such great hands. I was stronger for the contractions and successfully delivered.
