Due to COVID-19, things are different and stressful at the hospital for workers and patients. I feel like an exceptional nurse can take a bad experience and turn it into an enjoyable one for a mom and her baby. That is exactly what Sam did and I was very thankful to have her on my last day. She treated me so well that it made up for the bad experience. She made it special for me.
