I work at CMU as a tele-sitter. I called Sam right away because her patient was in distress. He was on the phone with his wife, begging for her to bring him drugs and telling her he wanted to kill himself because he lost his leg. The patient was screaming and threatening to give up and leave the hospital.

Sam came in right away and took charge. Got down to his level, had a heart-to-heart talk, and even made him laugh. She got him into his chair and made sure he was comfortable. Her caring and sweetness touched my heart! Thank you, Samantha! Your hard work and dedication are always unmatched, and it shows!
