Sam is the best manager we could ever have. She is dedicated to not only the staff but also her love for the Bariatric population. It truly shows, and I do believe that makes us all better nurses and techs. We reach out to her day and night, and she will respond to help us in any way she can. Sam creates a great work environment for all of us by always having open communication, compassion, and empathy for her staff. We feel valued and supported. She is truly the best! Sam will roll up her sleeves and help out, never leaving us drowning. Always goes above and beyond for the staff and patients. Sam is there for not only our daily needs but emotional support as well. She is always looking out for what is best and is looking for staff in areas to grow in our future. She is a great listener, very approachable, and an advocate for her unit and staff.
