When my husband came back from a swallow test he had the white liquid that he had to drink all over his mouth. Samantha came into the room walked over to the heat register and placed an orange-scented sticker on it. She then walked over to him and very gently with kindness said she was going to wipe his face. She cupped his chin as she cleaned his face. She then told him she was going to shave him and the whole time she talked to him in a quiet and gentle tone. I will never forget what I witnessed. He has dementia and can get quite agitated, but he was so calm with her. Thank you!
