My daughter wants to be a nurse when she grows up. I told her to study what each nurse does and how they care for her. After we were here for a week, I asked my daughter who did the best and why. My daughter told me Sam did. My daughter explained that Sam asked a lot of questions to make sure she was comfortable. When it came time to clean important areas Sam took her time and did not leave her feeling messy. Sam would do whatever it took to help her feel safe and cared for. Sam also spoke to her like a friend and had conversations with her.
