Sam showed exceptional care during my back-to-back hospital admissions with pancreatitis. She consistently anticipated my needs, providing prompt pain management and antiemetics. She took the extra time and cared to stagger my medications for ultimate coverage when I was most uncomfortable.
Sam was also excellent in communicating changes to my care plan, ensuring I was always informed about imaging, procedures, and next steps. Her responsiveness and professionalism made a stressful time much easier to navigate.
