I can't say enough nice about Sam, and I really appreciated everything she did for my mom.
My mother was a patient in the ICU and passed away. Samantha was an exceptional caregiver and made what was probably the worse experience of our life tolerable because we knew she was being cared for by Samantha as though she was family. Samantha explained everything to us; my father who is 89-years-old was devastated seeing his wife of almost 65 years go through this illness. I am a nurse here at Crouse as well, and I am proud to say Sam is part of our team. I told Sam that at 21 years old she is knowledgeable way beyond her years, and not only the knowledge of nursing but the ability to show kindness and take the time to explain things at times when I know she was very busy. I can't say enough nice about Sam, and I really appreciated everything she did for my mom.
