From the Nurse Manager: "Samantha is a role model for other nurses exemplifying a professional nursing image. She demonstrates great tenacity when advocating for her patients. She is confident in her nursing abilities. Recently a patient on the unit had a serious fall. Samantha performed a very thorough neuro assessment, stabilized and prepped the patient for an emergency bedside procedure. She calmed the patient, kept her informed and provided the physicians with a concise update so the patient would receive appropriate treatment".
