Samantha was nominated by a patient's son for taking excellent care of his family during the end stages of his father's life. The patient's family knew their father wished to donate his organs. The family was grateful Samantha was there to help comfort them. After his father passed, he was so surprised to see Samantha at the Memorial Services. He has never seen such compassion and empathy on such a personal level.
