After waiting for a room, Sam kindly and warmly admitted me to the room. It was very late. She quickly got me into bed. She is a very empathetic nurse. She did not judge me as being a difficult patient. She put herself in my shoes. This is a very compassionate nurse. Sam's sincere and positive attitude made my stay in ICU tolerable.
