This nurse was truly incredible. My spouse had 2 procedures and surgery to remove a tumor during his stay at Memorial. This nurse answered so many questions and checked on him constantly. Not only did she check on him, but she answered any concerns I had throughout this stay. She always explained what she was doing and why so I could understand. It felt like she was always ahead of schedule as well. She just knew the calls to make and when to make them. For instance, when it came to pain medicines she could read that he was in pain (without him asking or saying a word), and she had those ready to go/be administered before he had even requested them. She put the mind of a very worried wife at ease, and we could not have asked for a better nurse.
