I knew Samantha was going to be a great nurse when I met her, and I was right! She is amazing, happy and kind. She is sympathetic, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Samantha answered my concerns and made me feel comforted. She never forgot any request and was there immediately to meet all of my needs. I felt like my condition was worsening and my sister voiced a concern.
Samantha took immediate action, assessed me and reached out to the medical staff promptly. As a result, there were no delays in the interventions and steps that were taken to get me better. I am thankful she was at my side and forever grateful. She even visited on the days she was not assigned to me. Samantha has my highest recommendation!
