Samantha Nolen, RN

My mother was in a room, and we were very concerned about her deteriorating health. A rapid was called, and Samantha was the nurse who was on board. She was very thorough. She listened to our concerns and made sure that my mom had the care that was needed.

She stayed in the room until things calmed down and checked on her throughout the day. She was very caring and very knowledgeable about our concerns, more than anyone else.

My mother had not eaten in a week, and this nurse even went out of her way to make sure that she had her food tray that night, even when it wasn't her responsibility. She was just overall very caring, and you could tell she loved her job.

I was very appreciative of her, and I hope she knows how much she meant to us in that moment. I'm glad people like her are in the healthcare field, and I just want her to know how much she really meant to us. Her advocating for us as a family and my mother truly went above and beyond!

I can tell she really loves her job and loves caring for people. That's hard to find in many medical facilities these days. Kudos to Samantha! Keep up the genuine caring work that you do!
