Samantha was the night nurse who took care of my mother when she was admitted to 4West. She took her time, asked pertinent historic medical questions, and methodically (and physically) assessed my mom from head to toe. She was gentle, kind, and sensitive to her care/situation. And again, Samantha worked so cohesively like a well-oiled machine. This is so commendable because it puts the patient/family more at ease. I personally explained to Samantha that my mom and I hope that all healthcare professionals and institutions could be like her and OUMC, respectively. We cannot thank everyone enough for their level of assistance, attentiveness, and knowledge in the care of my mother (given all her comorbidities). Thank you all!
