Samantha provided excellent patient care. She anticipated B's needs. Explained all tests and procedures. B enjoyed her "bubbly" and professional personality. He was impressed by her rapid response to a patient's emergency. Samantha really made my anxious hospitalization much more tolerable. She respected my concerns as an RN and a wife and answered all my questions. It is apparent that Samantha truly enjoys her profession as an RN and always "puts the patient first."
