From the patient’s family member – “ My mom is 86 years old, she came in this morning to the emergency department for her sugar and her high blood pressure. Samantha came into the room and was so very nice to my Mom, she kept her talking and took time to explain everything to her, she was so very patient! I am a CNA 2 and the primary caregiver for my Mom, I truly thank God for her being there that day to keep Mom comfortable and relaxed. I could really tell she truly cares about people; you can see it on her face. I’m so grateful to her!”
