Samantha Scholtens went above and beyond to help me get home and understand how to manage my medications so I didn't end up back hospitalized again. I had already been to the hospital four times in one week.
She helped the doctors work out pain control and worked with me to keep me calm through a terribly difficult time in my life. I can't be the only one that Samantha has helped through a difficult time.
She is an excellent nurse. Don't ever lose her!
