Sam is an incredible nurse. Without a doubt, one of the best at McLaren Central Michigan. As a supervisor, when I see her here, I am immediately assured that the day will run smoothly. She is impeccable in her nursing skills and is incredibly helpful in any unit that has a need. She jumps right in to help. She has a wealth of knowledge; when we cannot figure something out, I always ask Sam. She is incredibly knowledgeable and dependable. Sam has worked not feeling well too many times to count, her strength and determination as a nurse is awe worthy. Her incredible spirit and drive set an example for all the other nurses who get the privilege of working by her side. She is a true leader and handles the most complex tasks and patient assignments with ease, never complaining. We are all so lucky to be a part of a team she is on. She deserves the DAISY Award more than anyone! She's an absolute standout!! She is the best of the best.
