Sam Swank in the ICU was there not just for the awesome care of my daughter, but she was there for me and all of the family as well. Sam is truly an angel with a stethoscope.
C was under her care for a short time and impacted us for an eternity. She helped me understand and know my daughter was nearing the end of her long battle with brain cancer.
The night C passed was the hardest, heartbreaking and emotional night of my life. Sam helped me be strong to get through a difficult time. As I said I love you one last time to my beloved daughter and only child, I knew without a doubt it was her time.
I know I will never forget the compassion, respect, and expertise Sam exhibited.
