Samantha was so very kind dealing with the loss of my daughter. She was kind, thoughtful, respectful and even came to visit on her day off. She made us feel as though our daughter mattered to everyone.

Our nurse, Sam, has been simply exceptional from helping my wife with her physical recovery, to her naturally compassionate and empathetic nature. She always knew exactly how to explain things, knowing the right words to say in our incredible grief, and lent both of us a compassionate ear to listen and a person to hug. Her thorough knowledge and sensitivity through the darkest time in our lives has meant everything to us.
