Samar has been working in our hospital since May 2014. Throughout these 3 years, Samar revealed great competence in all aspects of nursing care.
She is highly conscientious and displays empathy in all nursing actions. She involves the patient and his family in his/her care.
She was nominated for the superb patient care she provided to a patient.
A.H. was a 70-year-old patient known to have COPD and A fib, who was admitted with dyspnea and urinary retention. He stayed in CCU for 4 days after which his status improved and was discharged.
The doctor was impressed by her outstanding patient care, professionalism, critical thinking, patient assessment, and comprehensive case reporting.
The doctor had this to say about her: "She provides holistic care to her patients; she knows her patient from head-to-toe and is talented in reporting/ communicating to other nurses and to doctors all about her patient's case. All doctors like Samar to be their patients' nurse."
