I was in this hospital for only a few days. Our experience with our nurse, Samar, was something that we have not experienced in Saudi Arabia. It was the best experience we had. My wife was in a lot of pain after her surgery and her pain level was taking time to reduce, as expected. However, the doctor said that my wife could have a very strong medication if she wanted it. However, the nurse explained that we could gradually increase the medication allowing her body to adjust properly to it, and this was the correct decision. We really appreciate a person who cares about the patient's well-being, she could have taken the easy solution and given us anything we wanted, but she helped us understand the best approach. This nurse is the most important success to the Saudi German hospital, without people like her patients can have severe complications, also her English skills are very good and for patients from the USA, it was so important that we could communicate with our nurses.
