I am new hire. When I first met this nurse Sameera, her aura was very positive and her attitude towards work is all positive for patients and the institution. You never hear any complaints. She is a good leader and a team worker, working above and beyond, never turned down. Sameera's customer service and nursing skills are exemplary. She is one of the friendliest people I know and she always arrives with a smile on her face and a happy greeting for her co-workers. Despite the overwhelming amount of work that everyone must do, Sameera consistently finds ways to help her co-workers. Her willingness to assist others and her commitment to employees is unequal. She is quick to respond to requests for additional information by other team members and is thorough in ensuring all loose ends are completed. Not once since I have been working here in F-Yellow have I heard one negative comment about her. It is great pleasure that I respectfully submit this nomination for Sameera Keshwani.
