Every day when you walk into the ER and see Sam's face your day gets immensely better. The leadership role he takes on days that he runs the ER clearly shows his ability to perform very well under pressure. No matter how stressful a situation may be Sam always has a calm and collective personality/attitude. He always does his best to go above and beyond for all of his patients. I know if I am having a rough day and sharing a shift with Sam things that normally get to me will not bother me. Having his support makes all the difference.
