San Mao is truly an outstanding example of love, kindness, caring, and concerned nurse. Regardless of the time of night, she is always professional and extremely pleasant. Being around San Mao is like walking in a beautiful flower garden on a warm sunny day.

When I was admitted, San Mao introduced me to my room explaining in detail the functions, writing on the chalk board my routine, names of physician, nurse, and aide. Then wrote down a list of all my meds and explained what they were for.

I have never in all my years in nursing experience have I met such an individual. I only met San Mao on Friday, and I loved her as if I've know her a lifetime.

San Mao was absolutely wonderful. She really went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, and seemed to make an extraordinary effort to get to know me and my specific needs. She checked up on me more often than was required of her, sometimes just to say hi and lend an ear. This really meant a lot to me as I was in a lot of pain, and her check-ups make me feel as though she cared about me and my well being rather than just being a part of her job. I feel truly blessed to have met such a caring and empathetic woman. She really left a bright mark on my life, and I wish her nothing but the best in hers.
