Our family is heartily thankful for the respect, compassion, and care that Nurse Sanaa gave to my sibling (patient T) upon admission to Pediatric Ward III, during his treatment, and until he was discharged from the hospital.

I am telling this story in lieu of my mom, she stayed for about an hour in Emergency Department, when the ED physician decided that my brother will be admitted in the Ward, she was so worried and tired already, since the day that my brother got ill she never slept well and because it is the first time my brother will be hospitalized. When they reached the Pediatric Ward III, Nurse Sanaa immediately ushered them into their room and assisted my mother and brother.

According to my mom, Nurse Sanaa was professional, knowledgeable, a quick thinker, and a great communicator, and made my Mom feel at ease most often than not. She even stayed with my Mom and brother a little extra time when needed. I appreciated her flexibility, my mom told me that even though she was so hectic, she manages my brother with undoubted kindness. She is such a blessing to us. Once again, Thank you!
