She gave me confidence that my brother would get his pain under control after surgery. Her attention and skills were marvelous to observe! Also, her cheerfulness was constant.

She was wonderful! She took the time to explain every question we had and gave us literature on our questions, was very helpful, and very pleasant, we all loved her! Thank you!

My father was choking when eating. We all thought it was because of the high flow oxygen he was on but when he got off of it and was still having problems, Sandi picked up on it right away and called the doctor. From there he had a swallow test which lead to the final piece of the puzzle - aspiration pneumonia! Then he was able to leave the hospital. We are so thankful for her! Also, loved how she worked with me with questions for the doctor.

She efficiently inserted my IV. She spent time talking to be sure I understood what the routine would be before the procedure. She showed interest in my comfort and my husband's comfort. Her cheerful atmosphere made us both feel comfortable and made the waiting easier.
