Sandy was absolutely amazing! I loved having her as my nurse. She was very energetic and informative about what she was doing. She talked with me and my husband every time she checked on us. She was very dedicated to seeing if we needed anything and making sure we were as comfortable as possible. She kept us in the loop with what she was updating the doctor about and what his response was. She eventually ended up discharging us because I wasn’t quite ready to deliver but she had a feeling that we would be back later in the day. She offered great advice, relayed her own personal experiences, and was just a wonderful person to be around while in early labor and made sure to tell me to try and eat and stay hydrated throughout the day. Sure enough, she was right and when we returned a few hours later, we saw her again. She was so confident that she would see us in a few hours that she even had a room all prepped waiting for my potential return. She helped quickly admit me to my room and got me hooked to an IV and again made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
