Nurse Sandra helped my father feel safe. She cared for his physical, emotional and human condition by taking the time to listen and communicate the care and support he would receive during his stay. It was as if Nurse Sandra (along with the entire Medstar Good Samaritan staff) not only cared for my dad but also by taking such good care of my dying father, they were holding a place of care for his entire family.
