She consistently goes above and beyond in developing patient-centered comprehensive discharge plans and is always working with patients in a professional and respectful manner.

After Mom passed away, my sister was having difficulty reaching the funeral director (out of town). Sandra worked with us to possibly use a local funeral service since decisions needed to be made. She was a very professional, compassionate, and supportive representative of your facility. It was such a relief to receive personal care in this world of budget cuts and understaffing. It was also very kind of the facility to offer coffee, water, fruit, and snacks.
