I have been working with Sandra by her side frequently, recently, and she is a very caring nurse. She is professional; excellent attitude towards patients, coworkers, everybody. Sandra really cares about her patients and makes sure their needs are fulfilled. Sandra advocates for her patients and pays attention to every single detail about the plan of care for her patients making sure they get the best service. She is also willing to help others. I have never seen her have a negative attitude or complain about work or tasks. Whenever she does not know something, she would look for help or ask somebody else to get things done the right way. Sandra works really hard to provide excellent care and service, and I think this needs to be recognized. I've seen how different nurses work and I think Sandra really tries to make a positive difference in patients' lives.
