The MPCU at Indy campus was the site of the most recent DAISY celebration for Sandra Condra, RN. Sandra’s DAISY nomination story shows how much “little things” can mean to patients and co-workers in times of illness and stress.
Sandra went out of her way, after her 12-hour shift, on her own time, to get a patient a special “treat” that he had talked about wanting. These small acts of kindness are part of what makes Franciscan a special place to work and receive care.
